Concert Promotion

Investment Opportunities

Target Opportunities for Accredited and Institutional Investors to Participate in Funding Live Concerts:

We have target investment opportunities for accredited investors to invest, purchase, and joint venture/partner with profitable artists, producers, directors, TV and radio networks, film and TV production companies, sports team franchises, talent agents and talent agencies, music production companies, film, TV, and music distribution companies, media companies, and entertainment business ventures.

Our goal is to service 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 people who love music, “music lovers,” a year with music artists that provide live music and bring full life, joy, and satisfaction through entertainment.

Layers Of Protection

Although every investment has some risks, the Company makes Concert Promotion as an Investment Opportunity unique. Investing with us allows you to keep your risk at a minimum because there are multiple layers of protection for your money.
1. The first layer of protection is the actual project itself. You are considering an investment in live concerts. The concert’s success is assured as these Artist’s names are an outstanding marketing tool, as attested by their combined previous concert dates across the country.
2. The next layer of protection is the Company’s marketing. We specialize in putting people in their seats. This is important because concert revenues come from ticket sales.
3. Third, your monies are held in an escrow account and are not released until after the band has completed the show.
4. And finally, the tour is insured by Lloyd’s of London via Event Cancellation and Non-Appearance insurance policies.

Where else can you find an opportunity like this today?

Following are the basics of concert promotion:

  • If you have ever been to an event at an auditorium, coliseum, or stadium, you have seen firsthand why there is a lot of money to be made in promoting concerts. When you are in that building, you are not the only person who has paid $XX for their ticket to attend the event. The majority of people there have also paid + or – $XX for their ticket as well. If you are in a building that holds 20,000 people and the price for each ticket is $20, then the box office collected $400,000 that night. It’s not hard to see the potential. Concert promotion is not as simple as this example but operates on the same principle.
  • The role of the concert promoter is to pay upfront or guarantee all aspects of a show. This includes the money that the Artist is paid, as well as all the costs for the production and performance of their show. It also includes more tangible items like rent for the building, a host of other building expenses, and finally, the cost of advertising or ‘Promoting’ the show (a detailed cost analysis of a concert is attached.) The difference between these costs and the gross revenue from ticket sales is what the promoter stands to make on a show.
  • To be successful, a concert promoter needs the right contacts to be able to book the performers who are most likely to draw a crowd and sell tickets. They also need experience, a proven track record, and strong references in the industry to prove that they have the capabilities to handle the promotion of that performer. Once the promoter has satisfied the performer’s agent or manager that he can promote the show, the promoter makes an offer for that Artist to perform a specified number of shows. Negotiations begin to determine the price the Artist will be paid, and then a contract is ready to be issued.
  • Generally, the promoter should expect to pay a binder or deposit to the Artist’s representative to show that the promoter intends to go through with the show. This up-front money can range from 5% to 100% of the negotiated artist fee.
  • If the promoter has everything else in place but cannot pay the money upfront, the promoter will not get the contract. The key requirement for the Company is to have the up-front capital to allow us to obtain multiple tours at once and put down deposits on all of them. This effectively ‘locks’ the Artist (s) in with the Company and allows us to begin the business of advertising and to promote the show or tour of that/those Artist (s). This up-front funding is needed because the promoter does not get money from ticket sales until the show has been completed.
